2011 Chalk Art    About Us The Mission of Northeast Arts KC is to provide, enhance, fund, market and support cultural events which bring the visual and the performance arts to the public in the Historic Northeast community, without regard to race, religion or ethnic group. We recently expanded our projects to include Window Dressing, the Popsicle Parade, Chalk Walk Festival, and St John Community Gardens. Well over a dozen artists helped out. thanks to all. Contact us if you want to participate in this next window dressing. Come join 50 + artists the weekend of April 28-29, 2012  9-5 each day. We supply clean concrete canvases and the chalk for your creations.
