The 21st Annual Whitaker St. Louis International Film Festival (SLIFF) will be held Nov. 8-18. SLIFF will screen more than 400 films: 110 narrative features, 73 documentary features, and 226 shorts. This year's festival has a record 209 programs, with 50 countries represented.

Featurette about "Wreck-It Ralph"

Okay, this film looks interesting, to say the least.

"Wreck-It Ralph" is about a video game character trying to find his own way in the world.

Here's a featurette about the making of the film.

And don't forget to visit your Resident Film Snob to see what I thought of films like "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" and, coming soon, "Chicken with Plums."

Contract Flash/AE Job in KC Metro

This is a contract job to cover someone on short term disability. Could be on job for an undetermined period of time. The contractor would need to handle the majority of flash and after effects animation for the shop.

It's a corporate gig so could lead to bigger things.

If your interested in getting more details, call me:
