Some local artists and super Heroes will be visiting Children's Mercy today to Draw and take pictures with some of the kids and there parents that are staying there due to illness.
They will be drawing caricature, and cartoons for the little ones as well as bringing comics, and coloring books and crayons and they can even make there own super hero masks.
This group gets together from time to take to spend a little time with the kids and trust me they love it. If you are an artist and are interested in participating at one of these events in the future contact Jessica Meditz-Porter on facebook and leave her a note. They are always looking for artists for events like this.
