Arts Council Grants Director, Paul Tyler to receive Urban Hero Award at DTC Annual Luncheon.
At their annual luncheon on December 10th, The Downtown Council will honor ten small businesses and individuals who are passionate about the arts and are making downtown Kansas City a more vibrant place to live, work and play. The honorees are people and organizations that have improved the quality of life Downtown or made a positive difference in its arts and cultural communities.
